Sam's 1st Strongman Contest

Sam and I went to Sauk Rapids to attend the Rapids River Days.  The main event we were interested in was the Minnesota State Strongman Championship.  Sam's cousins Gabe and Jace were at the event and they all wrestled each other during the contest events.  Photos and video here.  Make sure you watch the video - the contestant is performing the log press and does a helicopter drop at the end.

Como Zoo

Annual Holte Fish Fry

This year we were able to attend the annual fish fry at the Holte Farm.  Over the past three years we were unable to go since we were living in Raleigh, NC.  Click here for more photos.

Teenager in the House

Nora turned 13 this year and celebrated with a group of new friends she made since moving to Minnetonka.  She took everyone out to lunch at Benihana.  Nora also received tickets to see Justin Bieber in concert from Grandma & Grandpa.  Photos here.
